You booked a weekend language course, but several advertised services were missing. Write an email to the organiser. Mention the missing conversation classes, describe the accommodation problem, explain how these affected your stay, and request a reasonable solution. Write about 150–180 words.
Lehetséges megoldás
Dear Course Organiser, I am writing to complain about the weekend course I attended on 12–14 June. The advertisement promised two conversation classes, but both were replaced by unsupervised worksheets. In addition, the room was shared although I had paid for single accommodation. As a result, I had very little opportunity to practise speaking and could not rest properly before the morning sessions. I would appreciate a partial refund for the accommodation supplement and access to an online conversation class at no extra cost. I look forward to your reply. Yours faithfully, Anna Kovács
Miért jó ez a megoldás?
A levél már az első mondatban megnevezi a célt, majd külön kezeli a két problémát és azok következményét. A kérés konkrét, de udvarias. A formális fordulatok segítik a hangnemet, miközben a mondatok nem túl bonyolultak. Saját megoldásodban ellenőrizd, hogy mind a négy tartalmi pont szerepel-e; egy nyelvtanilag szép levél is veszít az értékéből, ha valamelyik feladatpont hiányzik.
